Managing inventories and maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.

Respond promptly to inquiries.
Know products thoroughly to answer questions.
Keep records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Provide feedback on customer service efficiency.
Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
